Shipment
The shipment depending on the order quantity is made by courier or forwarder. The transport costs are included in the quotation.
When shipping small quantities (up to 30 kg) we work with courier companies. On shipment exceeding 30 kg we work with a forwarder.
Returns
Items can be returned for exchange within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage. Shipping costs are paid by us, as far as instructions are carefully followed.
If you wish to return an item, please contact BULFIRE Ltd. via email or the online contact form and we will provide the RAN (Return Authorization Number) and instructions for shipping the item back. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by us.
